My 11th week of fifth grade was super exciting! On Thursday, we had our Haunted House! It was so fun! Our class dressed up as monsters and ghouls and scared people as they came through. We raised money for the good cause of paying for childrens’ educations around the world because they could not pay for it. We raised over $800 and will pay for a boy’s operation, and for a dozen kids’ educations! Also in my 11th week, we wrote to our new penpals in Ghana. The coolest thing about that is that my father is from Ghana. He was super excited to hear about it! I had an awesome 11th week of school!

My 9th week of fifth grade was exciting! On Wednesday, Mr. Smith rode around on a kiddie tricycle and let us throw water balloons at him! On Thursday, we had a Kahoot! quiz, and I finally won! Also on Thursday, Mrs. Cain got pied in the face! Whoever is the top coupon book seller in Mrs. Cain’s classroom gets to throw a pie tin filled with shaving cream in her face! (This year it was Lily.) My 9th week of fifth grade was awesome!

My 8th week of fifth grade was great! Today, on Friday, we entered the student blog challenge. On Monday, we had no school! Also on Friday, we worked on our typing in tech class. I had a great eighth week of  fifth grade!
